Mentoring can be a costly investment to any business, that is why we can provide educators who are trained in mentoring to work with you as an individual or organisation.
Coaching
Similarly to mentoring coaching can also be a challenging development method to implement within businesses. We understand this and offer tailored coaching packages.

Development Range
We are continually working to grow our organisation, this involves the creation and publication of new learning and development opportunities. We aim to regularly release new CPD courses and also have a couple of very big projects underway for new training lines.
Skills to Save
Whilst creating Hooked In Training & Development an idea came to fruition one late night…
Why not give back to the local community? This is something that I have always had a passion for and right there Skills to Save was born. Skills to Save is a range of FREE online training courses that aim to give knowledge in lifesaving skills. This does not replace the need for formal training like first aid but does aim to give people an understanding to help them through their darkest days.
